* Information on the Discount for 4- and 5-Bedroom Apartments
As part of our promotion effective from October 1, 2025, prospective buyers are entitled to a
discount of HUF 1,000,000 (one million forints) per bedroom from the gross purchase price of 4- or
5-bedroom apartments.
Details:
The discount applies to a total of 10 apartments, which fall into the following categories:
4-bedroom apartment (1 living room and 3 bedrooms), or
5-bedroom apartment (1 living room and 4 bedrooms).
Discount Amount:
For 4-bedroom apartments: HUF 3,000,000 (three million forints) off the
gross purchase price.
For 5-bedroom apartments: HUF 4,000,000 (four million forints) off the gross purchase price.
The discount is valid exclusively for the first 10 apartments sold during the promotional period.
To qualify for the discount, the registration agreement must be signed after October 1, 2025, and
the apartment must meet the above bedroom count criteria. The discount cannot be combined with other
promotions and is only applicable under the conditions specified in this notice.
