The following discounts and payment schedule are for informational
purposes only and do not constitute a contractual offer. Homes in the Selection Collection can be
purchased under the following conditions:
Number of Properties:
The Selection Collection consists of a total of 22 homes.
Mandatory Parking Purchase and Discount Equal to Parking
Price:
For each apartment, the purchase of a parking space from the
Selection parking list is mandatory. A discount equal to the purchase price of the selected parking
space will be deducted from the apartment’s purchase price. The discount is valid up to the value of
the parking space only.
Selection Payment Schedule:
We offer a favorable payment schedule for Selection homes
HUF 400,000 registration fee: As the first step in
the purchase process, the registration fee must be paid. From this point, the apartment’s purchase
price and conditions are fixed.
10% of the purchase price minus HUF 400,000:
Payable upon signing the contract.
90% of the purchase price minus HUF 100,000: :
Payable within 30 days following notification that the occupancy permit has become legally
effective.
HUF 100,000: Payable following notification of the
condominium registration.
